Make a button on a Z-Wave handheld remote be a 'panic' button that sends out a text message
Add yourself and your contact information on the Users page, add the handheld remote using Method #2 in create a scene and attach the event 'Scene button is pressed' as explained in ZWave_Add_Controller, and check off your user name in the notification section of the event.
