To have your Vera open a back door for our tech support staff to look at your system, choose Advanced, Tech Support, and 'Enable IT'. Then give tech support the code on the screen, which is in the format: xxxx-yyyyyy. Click 'Disable IT' to close the back door.

If you cannot get the web site to load, you can telnet or ssh (use Putty for Windows) to Vera and type:
/usr/bin/RA-handler.sh --enable

Then, type:
  cat /etc/cmh/PK_AccessPoint
for your serial number and
  cat /etc/cmh/ra_password
for the backdoor password.
