There have been reported issues with the Schlage Touchscreen Deadbolt BE 469 that has the firmware version less than 5.7 (unrelated to Vera's firmware).
Please check the stickers on the back of the device and you should be able to see the FW version.
If you do not have the latest version please contact Schlage for a replacement.
