If you want to use the ZWave module on your Vera as a COM port on a windows PC, run these on the
killall Start_NetworkMonitor.sh Start_LuaUPnP.sh NetworkMonitor LuaUPnP ser2net -n -C "3482:raw:0:/dev/ttyS0:115200 1STOPBIT NONE"
Then on windows install Serial/IP Redirector from: tacticalsoftware.com
It installs something in the toolbar, although you may have to go to program files x86 and run the configuration .exe and add a com port.
